PINELLAS PARK, Fla. — The Pinellas Park City Council approved a 13‑item consent agenda Tuesday covering easement acceptances, board appointments, contract authorizations and construction procurement.
Items adopted as part of the consent agenda included acceptance of right‑of‑way easements for multiple properties, authorization for the mayor to sign a post‑storm recovery services interlocal agreement with Pinellas County, appointments to the Board of Adjustment and Planning & Zoning Commission, and authorization to purchase under cooperative contracts. The council also approved awarding a bid (ITB 25‑0023) to construct pickleball courts at Davis Commons and authorized the mayor to sign a facility encroachment agreement with CSX Transportation Inc.
Councilwoman Reid moved to approve items C1 through C13 inclusive; the motion was seconded and passed unanimously.
