Edinburg CISD enrollment drops by 860 students from last year, officials say

The presenter noted the number of migrant students returning to the district has decreased and that 115 migrants were still pending to return. Board members and presenters remarked on the fiscal implications of enrollment declines and the priority of efforts to recover students.
