The Roseville City Council approved a consent agenda that included routine payments, project closeouts, a professional-services agreement for dangerous-dog appeals and receipt of a quarterly financial report.
City Manager Pat Trojgan summarized consent items: payments in the amount of $912,761.35; approval of a $59,600 purchase to replace the city campus electronic sign; a lawful gambling premises permit for St. Paul Firefighters Local 21 at the Burger Dive in Rosedale Mall; final-payment items for the Tamarack Park Pathway project to Minnesota Paving and Materials and for the 2025 sanitary sewer mainlining project to Instua Form Technologies USA (staff read amounts during the meeting; the meeting transcript contains a numeric string for the Tamarack Park final payment that appears to be a transcription artifact and should be confirmed in the official packet); entry into a professional-services agreement with Keith Streff for dangerous-or-potentially-dangerous dog appeals; and receipt of the third-quarter financial report.
Council then voted unanimously to approve the consent items. The council also appointed Council Member Strachan to serve on the civic campus final-design stakeholder group; the stakeholder group will include public representatives, VFW representation and members from multiple city commissions, with initial meetings tentatively scheduled beginning Jan. 15.
City Manager Trojgan previewed next week's agenda items (final budget and levy action) and said the council intends to go into a closed session on a potential property purchase related to the civic campus. The meeting adjourned at 7:14 p.m.
