Public Service Commission approves minutes, Crown Castle notice, tariff filing and solar waiver

The Public Service Commission on Dec. 3 approved minutes from its Nov. 25 meeting and acted on a three-item consent agenda.
Chair Hoover moved to note a transfer involving Crown Castle and related fiber customers and assets and the commission voted unanimously to record the transaction. The commission then voted to accept revised tariff pages filed by Baltimore Gas and Electric Co. with an effective date of Dec. 1, 2025. Finally, the commission granted a limited waiver of COMAR 20.62.03.04C to extend the operational deadline for Enterprise Road Solar LLC to Nov. 30, 2026. Each motion carried on a unanimous voice vote by Commissioners McLean, Linton, Suchman and Barbet.
These actions were routine consent items placed on the administrative calendar and did not include extended debate. The commission’s clerk will publish the corresponding orders and revised tariff filings as docketed.
