Planning staff told the Saint John Plan Commission on Dec. 3 that the applicant for Shepherd's two-lot addition on Patterson Street will seek final plat at the December public meeting after making a minor change to Lot 2's rear boundary.
Staff said Mr. Gamballa reached out and intends to pursue final plat approval for the Shepherd's two-lot addition. The staff report noted a design change from the originally approved primary plat: "instead of having a curved, back for Lot 2, it is now going to just go straight back to the railroad track," which staff said meets their earlier request from the primary-plat stage and brings the final submittal into substantial conformance with requirements.
Staff indicated the submission is a ministerial/bridal plat and will be handled as an action item at the December public meeting; a public hearing is not required. The engineering review is underway and staff will process the final-plat materials before the public meeting.
No formal final-plat approval was recorded in the study-session transcript; the commission was informed the matter will appear on the December public meeting agenda for final action.
