- Approval of the revised 2025–26 Board of Education meeting schedule (voice vote 7–0).
- Approval of an agreement with the Orange County Alcohol and Drug Abuse Council (voice vote 7–0).
- Approval of consultant agreements for district support (administration indicated these consultant fees are within the allocated consultant budget and will be managed within that cap; board asked for corrected proposal dates where needed and approved the agreements by voice vote).

At the end of the public session the board moved into executive session to continue contract-negotiation discussions; the motion to enter executive session passed 7–0.
