Summary

The board approved multiple construction-related change orders, bid packages for Phase 1 of Central Hardin High School, a geothermal casing change order for the new West Hardin Middle School project, and pest-control service contracts covering Jan. 1, 2026, through Dec. 31, 2027.
Other routine consent items included approval of the FSFCC fiscal year '26 KETS offer of assistance, a district-wide fundraiser for family-stability programming, approval of community business members for the Local Planning Committee (LPC) and personnel action items. No board members requested to pull any consent items for separate discussion; the motion to approve the consent agenda carried unanimously by voice vote.
The board did not take additional action on any single consent item at this meeting.
