The Mendocino County Zoning Administrator granted a continuance for application AT2025-0004, filed by applicant Dylan McGinty, at the request of staff.

Mark Klieser, presenting for staff planner Jamie Henry, told the administrator that "there have been some unresolved site plan issues" and asked that the item be continued "to a date uncertain so that we can resolve these." The administrator said he would grant the continuance and confirmed there would be no public comment or applicant presentation at this hearing.

The administrator also told members of the public that the project will be re-noticed for a future hearing date and that adjacent landowners will receive notice of the rescheduled hearing. No public comments were received at this meeting. The continuance was recorded as a procedural action and the item will return to a future agenda after staff resolves the outstanding site-plan issues.

The hearing opened at 1:30 p.m. on Dec. 11, 2025 and the continuance was announced during the regular calendar portion of the session. The meeting was adjourned at 1:35 p.m.
