HAMPTON BAYS, N.Y. — The Hampton Bays Union Free School District board opened its Dec. 9 business meeting by recognizing students and staff before turning to routine business.
Mister Meyer introduced second-grader Imogen Gigner as the elementary school’s November Student of the Month, praising her “kindness, creativity and love of learning,” and noting her interest in art and math. "We are proud of recognizing her as student of the month for exemplifying the values of our school community," Meyer said.
