The Laconia Police Commission on Dec. 17 unanimously accepted the minutes of its Nov. 19 meeting and approved the department’s proposed 2026 holiday schedule. Both motions were moved and seconded and passed without recorded dissent.

Commissioner Mello moved to accept the minutes as distributed; Commissioner Davis seconded, and the motion passed unanimously. Later in the meeting the commission voted to approve the proposed holidays for 2026, again with Commissioner Mello moving and Commissioner Davis seconding.

The commission confirmed its next regular meeting for Jan. 28 at 2:00 p.m., pending room availability. The meeting adjourned at 2:27 p.m.
