The proclamation cites Washington's membership in groups including the Government Finance Officers Association and the South Carolina Association of Government Purchasing Officials, completion of a revised county procurement manual with attorneys Boykin and Davis, and an award from the South Carolina Emergency Management Division for PA reimbursement work in July 2023. The text states she retired in September 2025.
