The Cochise County Board of Supervisors on Dec. 16 removed item 12 (San Pedro Ranch Estates final plat, SUB25-02) from the table for discussion, then voted to table it again to March 10, 2026 so the applicant can obtain water assurance from the Arizona Department of Water Resources (ADWR).

Staff reported the applicant will approach ADWR directly to seek an adequacy or assurance certification from the state, and that process may take up to 120 days. A staff member said that because that certification is pending, the recommendation was to table the item to allow time for the applicant to secure the documentation.

One public commenter indicated she did not need to speak if the item was only being tabled. The board voted to table the final plat until the March 10, 2026 meeting, 3–0.
