- AIM Harlingen matching grant: $42,000 in EDC funding approved to support local manufacturers through the AIM matching program.

- Consent agenda items and board appointments: Several standard consent items passed; commissioners approved multiple board appointments and recognitions including local businesses and school athletic teams.
