The council approved an amendment to an existing settlement agreement with local business Falcon Fuels that adjusts the tax‑revenue sharing percentages.

Finance Director Lana Deetsch recommended increasing the revenue share for Falcon Fuels from 35% to 37% for the period July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2027, and from 30% to 32% thereafter. Deetsch said the change carries an estimated fiscal impact of roughly $20,000 per year. The matter was presented in a public hearing; there were no speakers in favor or opposition, the hearing was closed, and council authorized the city manager to execute the amendment. The roll call vote recorded unanimous approval.
