Acton TV members voted to re‑elect their officers during the station's annual meeting on Dec. 3, 2025.
Mike Gowing was re‑elected president, Scott Philbrook was re‑elected vice president, Hart Millet was re‑elected treasurer and Somanna Bhatt was re‑elected clerk after members responded to a voice vote. Two board seats up for renewal — Carla Stover and Steve Trimble — indicated they would continue their service.
The re‑elections continue the board's staggered three‑year term structure, which Mike Gowing said is intended to prevent turnover from removing institutional knowledge. Gowing opened the public portion of the event with introductions of board members and thanks to outgoing member Angie, who is relocating.
Board voting was conducted by voice; Gowing closed the business portion by saying, “And that concludes our board vote.” The meeting moved on to presentations, staff remarks and an awards program.
The re‑election preserves existing leadership as Acton TV navigates declining cable‑subscription revenues and plans for new programming and facilities.
The station's membership and leadership posed for a group photo and the event continued with awards and an update from the executive director.
