Planning staff presented a request from Janelle Gaddis and Frederick Tindall to exempt a proposed 38.55-acre parcel from the county's large-tract subdivision process. The planning report said the proposal meets Chapter 5 Section 5 of the county subdivision resolution by providing the necessary legal description or record of survey, addressing water-rights and water-supply requirements, and ensuring the total parcels created would be fewer than 10.
A commissioner moved to approve the exemption for the property in Section 1, Township 14 North, Range 73 West of the 6th Principal Meridian. The motion was seconded and carried.
Staff did not report any conditions beyond the standard documentation requirements in the county subdivision resolution.
The approval allows the applicants to proceed with the smaller parcel creation consistent with the requirements outlined in the county resolution.
