Albany County approves extension of school bus stop-arm camera contract with revised revenue split

Rosen said the extension "keeps the agreements of the original contract with the changes being split revenue sharing in the third year of the contract changing." He gave the current split and the proposed change in his explanation: "the share that we have currently and the share that will persist for the first 2 years of this contract is $60.40... The following 3 years, it'll be $55.45 for the split." He also said the extension would add a clause requiring county approval of business-rules questionnaires and would allow alignment on collection of outstanding citations through a third-party vendor.
The board had no substantive questions in the public record; members moved, seconded and approved the extension by voice vote.
