• Retire–rehire (personnel) — The chief curriculum officer recommended and the board approved a one‑year nonrenewed contract to rehire Carrie Duvall Paramore for the 2026–27 school year.
• Executive session — The board voted to enter executive session to consider employment and confidential matters; chair announced there would be no further public action after executive session and the meeting would adjourn.
