Speaker 4 noted that pending ARPA invoices mean the county may be able to reallocate $100,000 in PILT funds to pay for ACOR if those funds are not needed elsewhere.
Commissioners asked to schedule a site walkthrough in early January and to include any related budget considerations when staff return with a plan.
