• Acceptance of the Taney State School District single audit report for the year ending 06/30/2025 as prepared by Mango Metzler Barr & Company LLP: Motion made by Mr. Benedict and seconded by Barr; the board voted 'Aye' to accept the audit.
• Executive session: The board moved to enter executive session to discuss collective negotiations pursuant to Article 14 of the Civil Service Law, confidential student matters, personnel appointments and related topics; the motion passed and the board announced it would not return to public session.
