Berkeley County council approves zoning map changes, fee-in-lieu agreements and $40 million bond package

During the public hearings the chair read titles and project descriptions for several zoning items (bills 25-47, 25-52, 25-53, 25-54) and Bill 25-55, an ordinance that would authorize a fee-in-lieu of ad valorem taxes agreement between Berkeley County and Century Aluminum of South Carolina, previously identified in the record as Project Metallic.
