Pitts also described construction progress across projects: the AG Building interior finishes (drywall, painting, mechanical/plumbing, trim) are moving toward a possible ribbon cutting in late December; structural steel and roofing work at BIS and BES continues with substantial completion expected in late February; ECLC had a slab pour and is scheduled to receive its pre‑engineered metal building next week. Board members asked clarifying questions about playground equipment reinstallation and exterior finishes; staff confirmed plans to match brick and to reinstall the existing playground equipment for the extension school.
