The board first moved to approve the November special business meetings and the prior board meeting minutes; the motion carried on a roll-call vote. The board then approved personnel items A1 through A26 following a motion by the administration and recorded roll-call "Yes" votes from present members. Finance chair Suss moved items B1 through B9; the board approved those items by roll call. Policy chair Doctor Spigner moved items C1 through C4 and the board approved them by roll call. Curriculum chair Mister Derflinger moved items D1 through D5 and those, too, carried on roll-call votes.
