A later motion to add the solicitor-RFP item to the agenda went to roll-call and resulted in a 4–4 split (with at least one abstention), so the RFP was not added at that time.
On personnel matters, the board accepted the resignation of bus driver Eugene Crocell, effective Nov. 28, and approved hiring Veil Thornton as a bus driver effective immediately. The board also approved the listed substitutes and unpaid leaves and appointed Rob Harhai to fill the unexpired term of the board secretary.
