The council approved staff’s recommendation to buy a parcel adjacent to the Balancino Road parking lot for $31,770 to support a sewer project and the ongoing Angels Creek Trail design. Steve told council negotiations had been ongoing for more than six months and the purchase would aid equipment storage and design access for the Balacino (Balancino) sewer work and trail alignment.

Council moved, seconded and approved the acquisition on a roll call vote. Staff will open escrow and execute purchase documents as authorized by the resolution.
