The East Consolidated Zoning Board on Dec. 3 approved a revised final plat for Lot 2 of Trinity Place, a roughly 10-acre parcel at the northeast corner of 207th Street and Plum Road, clearing the way for the owner to locate a new detached accessory structure where a Natural Drainage Area (NDA) is currently platted.
