Committee to feed Jan. 13 strategic session; calendar, bus tour and library art displays highlighted

Members suggested developing a simple guidebook and display rules that facilities and the library could follow to make rotating exhibits consistent and defensible.

Members assigned follow-ups: the strategic-planning subcommittee will assemble items from tonight’s discussion to bring to the Jan. 13 meeting; staff will circulate 2026 dates to chairs and confirm logistics such as venue reservations, potential parking at Ford Road and whether a venue move to the 1842 venue is feasible for January meetings.
