For the calendar year the city is at 232 residential dwelling units (150 single-family; 82 multifamily) and eight new commercial spaces. For the fiscal year-to-date staff reported 72 residential permits (44 single-family; 28 multifamily) and two new business licenses (one automotive repair commercial license and one home-occupation consulting license).
Staff told council they will provide a year-end total at the January meeting and remain available to answer questions on permits and licensing.
