First, members approved an amendment to the purchase agreement for Green Hall construction that reduces some decorative rock and pillar details on the north elevation to lower costs; staff said the change preserves front-facing design and necessary code compliance and will save roughly $15,000.

Second, the CDRA approved a resolution allowing the buyer (identified in the meeting as Alika) to assign the purchase agreement to the buyer’s landholding company for titling and tax purposes. Closing was rescheduled to Thursday at 9 a.m.
