Speaker 3 said the 2025 asphalt patching project, measured by Matt Guptail and completed by RC Pavers, has a final payment of $7,591.16 and was recommended for approval. He also reported the 2025 street seal coating project (Near Asphalt), inspected by Brian Pettit, has a final payment of $111,750.25 and was recommended for approval; both motions were seconded and carried by voice vote.
Near the end of the meeting, Speaker 1 moved that the board go into closed session, "pursuant section 19 85 d of the Wisconsin Statutes for the purpose of considering and deliberating on prequalification statements for the 25 water treatment plant demo project." The motion was seconded and approved by voice vote.
