The Yorktown Central School District board on Dec. 15 approved its consent agenda and completed routine board business, including an agreement to continue the board’s annual charitable donation.

The consent agenda (items 8–13) included approval of minutes, the treasurer’s report, a claims audit report, the extra classroom report, personnel actions, business matters, a Westchester School of Music lease, a YHS overnight field trip, a PPS independent contract, a budget transfer, curriculum and instruction matters, pupil personnel matters, and recorded gifts, grants and donations. A board member moved approval and the motion received a second; the chair called for the vote and recorded affirmatives.

During board comments members reiterated holiday wishes and praised the year‑in‑review presentation. The board noted it historically gives a charitable donation each year and agreed to continue its contribution to Feeding Westchester.

The meeting concluded after a brief check for public comment and a motion to adjourn.
