Northfield board remembers longtime member Noel Stratmoen

He asked the community to hold Stratmoen's wife, Lois, and the family in their thoughts as they adjust to his loss. "So rest in peace, my friend," Dr. Hillman said.
The board offered thanks for Stratmoen's decades of service and paused for recognition; no formal action was required.
