He said he had not received a response to his appeal more than 30 days after filing.
A district representative responded that the social‑media policy is found in Section 800 under operations and cited code number 816. Board staff also said the district's Right‑to‑Know officer had emailed the policy to the resident; the chair directed district administrators to meet with the resident the following day to clarify outstanding questions and, if necessary, supply the requested records.
The commenter asked the board to ensure consistent application of policy and fairness in any review of staff conduct. The district committed to providing the policy materials and to follow up with the resident.
