Cibolo staff confirm Nov. 6 special meeting; youth council may move if agenda expands

“We will have to go ahead and move the youth council over to the community center because...we were gonna start the meeting at 4 05:45 here in the council chamber...since we'll just start it at the regular time of 06:30,” Peggy said. The transcript contains a potentially garbled timing phrase (“4 05:45”); later she clarifies the youth council normally starts at 06:30.
