The council then adopted Ordinance 2025‑06 on second reading, amending Article 5 of the Land Development Code to remove a 40% total structural coverage limit in mobile‑home developments, provide a 65% maximum lot coverage standard and set a 10‑foot front setback for certain lots. The measure passed on a 5–0 roll call.
Councilmembers also adopted Ordinance 2025‑07 on second reading, establishing Section 14.14 in the Land Development Code to define and set review procedures for certified recovery residences, including provisions for reasonable accommodations and revocation procedures. That ordinance passed 5–0.
