After the RFQs were read, Speaker 2 moved to accept the submissions and send them to the scoring committee; Speaker 3 seconded the motion. The presiding official called for a voice vote and recorded the motion as carried.
Court counsel later confirmed engineering awards would not be decided at the reconvened session; Speaker 1 said the engineering awards are scheduled for Dec. 15, 2025. The submissions remain with the scoring committee pending their scores and recommendation.
