County extends conservation‑easement timeline and signs interlocal with Division of Wildlife for Confluence Park

Commissioners voted to approve both the conservation easement amendment (Resolution R‑2025‑3540) and the interlocal agreement (Resolution R‑2025‑3541); staff and agency representatives indicated they will proceed with federal coordination and electronic signatures after the meeting.
