Staff said two preliminary plat applications — McKinley Creek Estates (Gustafson property) and Hidden Creek South — are in preliminary review and expected to return in early 2026.
Councilperson Larson updated commissioners on a previously tabled cannabis business licensing matter (possible cultivation authorization) and summarized budget changes that reduced a proposed figure to $7.9 million after adjustments; he said postponing an additional patrol sergeant hire helped the budget. Larson closed with holiday wishes to the commission.
The commission adjourned by voice vote.
