With no representative objecting at the hearing, Magistrate Steven De La Roche found the property not in compliance and ordered daily fines until full compliance and administrative fees payable within 30 days. The hearing record lists a $250-per-day figure in the order and a $92.43 administrative fee noted in the packet.
City counsel acknowledged that some seawall and return-wall repairs had been completed under closed permits, but said many violations remained and the property was accessible to trespassers in places. The magistrate emphasized enforcement would continue and that mitigation could be addressed only after permitted work and inspections were completed.
