The Cumming City Council unanimously approved the submitted 2026 budget resolution during its meeting. Phil said the council packet included a budget summary and noted that the public hearings required by state law had been held.

Phil told council members, "In your packet tonight, you will find a budget summary for 2026 as well as the budget resolution required to approve the 2026 budget." He asked the council to approve the submitted 2026 budget as presented.

A motion to approve the resolution was made, seconded and carried on a recorded vote of 4-0. The council did not record further amendments or conditions to the resolution in the meeting transcript.
