The Town of Babylon Planning Board took public testimony Dec. 8 on an application by Dominic Associates LLC to build two single‑story industrial/warehouse buildings at the southerly dead end of Lucan Drive in Deer Park.
Nicole Blanda, attorney with Bizzell, Blanda & Visconti, said the property is about 45,559 square feet, currently vacant and zoned Industry G. Each proposed building would measure 7,043 square feet, with roughly 1,037 square feet of office space in each and the remainder used for warehouse operations.
