Commissioners tabled action on the final plat for the Hoof and Horn subdivision after staff and the developer reported outstanding survey and map revisions. Developer representative Marcus Pajalo said revised maps were delivered to the county late in the week but county reviewer Don King said additional corrections remain.
County staff said Don King — the reviewer referenced repeatedly in the record — must confirm that the checklist items are complete before the court will vote to approve a final plat. Commissioners emphasized that the court will follow Don King’s determinations and that once the reviewer confirms all requirements are met the matter will return to the court.
Commissioner Williams moved to table the item; the motion was seconded and approved. Staff and the developer agreed to communicate directly with Don King and to provide a checklist of outstanding items so the court and developer can track required fixes.
