Among the items the board adopted was a resolution authorizing a quitclaim deed to Home Inc. for a vacant parcel at 1621 Forest Avenue in Des Moines and a separate quitclaim in favor of NP Holdings for a vacant parcel at the corner of Southwest High Point Drive and Southwest Orlaver Road in Ankeny. Both deeds were approved after the required public hearings, during which no members of the public spoke.
