Council approves ESID participation for energy retrofit at 426 Lewis Avenue

Dana Clark, PACE administrator with the Toledo Lucas County Port Authority, told the Bryan City Council on Dec. 15 that a project at 426 Lewis Avenue will use the port authority’s Better Buildings Northwest Ohio financing program and asked the city to participate in an Energy Special Improvement District (ESID). “We specifically finance at below market long term fixed rates improvements to a commercial property that have an energy efficient component,” Clark said.
