- Resolution 2025-099: Amended personnel rules to extend the sunset clause for mandatory holdover (primarily for fire department shift coverage) from Dec. 28, 2025 to Dec. 31, 2027; staff confirmed mandatory holdover is paid at time-and-a-half; council approved.
