The Sacramento County Planning Commission unanimously approved a parcel map, special development permit and design review for a property at 13510 Leary Road in the Delta Community.

John Schmidt of Shoop Land Surveying, representing applicant Robin Brown Burrows, said Burrows was unable to attend for medical reasons and described the proposal as a straightforward land division. Schmidt told commissioners the proposal preserves farming on an 88-acre parcel while breaking out roughly 12 acres that contain the residence and existing structures. "It's a land division and no further development in those on those properties," Schmidt said, noting the farm operation would continue.

No public comments were submitted for the item. Vice Chair Borjas moved to approve the staff recommendation; Commissioner Virga seconded and the clerk recorded a unanimous vote in favor.

The approval allows the parcel map and associated permits to proceed under the conditions listed in the staff report; no additional on-the-record appeals or conditions were announced at the meeting.
