"It's a land division and no further development in those on those properties," Schmidt said, noting the farm operation would continue.
No public comments were submitted for the item. Vice Chair Borjas moved to approve the staff recommendation; Commissioner Virga seconded and the clerk recorded a unanimous vote in favor.
