He said crews will coordinate traffic messaging and partner with Fire and Police during construction to limit disruptions. Council members pressed staff on staging and resident notification; staff said they would provide extensive outreach during the construction phase.
Council adopted Resolution No. 25-095R to hire Kimley‑Horn and move the project forward; the vote was unanimous.
