At the Dec. 10 meeting the Public Works & Infrastructure Commission adopted a resolution setting the commission’s regular meeting time, date and location as the second Wednesday of every month at 6:30 p.m. at 1424 Mission.
Chair Abelson moved the resolution and Commissioner Kerwin seconded; a roll call recorded the measure as approved. Later in the agenda the commission moved, seconded and approved the Nov. 12 meeting minutes as amended to clarify a reference to the Monterey/Indiana intersection; the minutes passed with a recorded tally reported by the chair as four in favor and one abstention.
Both items were procedural and did not change city policy beyond establishing the commission’s recurring meeting schedule; staff said special meetings can be scheduled if warranted and that a special January meeting will be arranged because of a City Council scheduling conflict.
