The Oldham County Planning and Zoning Commission on Dec. 9 recommended changing two adjoining parcels at 3604 and 3608 West Kentucky Highway 146 from R2 and C1 to R4 and approved a preliminary development plan for a two-story, five-unit apartment building.
Senior planner Anna Barge said the combined parcel is about 0.36 acres and that the proposed single building would be about 7,500 square feet. Staff noted the applicant must obtain a rear-yard setback variance from the Oldham County Board of Adjustments and must file a consolidation plat before construction-plan approval.
